Rovaniemi Weddings is a planning, coordination and design studio based in Rovaniemi, creating bespoke weddings, proposals and celebrations across Lapland and the Nordics. We take care of everything — from the first idea and the venue search to every supplier, the design of the day and its seamless coordination — or exactly the part you need.
Every wedding we plan is made to measure. We source and book the venue, catering, photographer, music, florals and transport; we design one cohesive look, from the ceremony backdrop and the tablescape to the last place card; and we build a timeline that lets the day flow without a single worry for you. Our own décor collection and trusted local partners mean every detail is chosen, delivered and set up with care.
As a small, dedicated team, we work closely with every couple — whether it is an elopement for two in the Ice Chapel or a celebration for a hundred guests arriving from abroad. One point of contact, one clear plan, and a day that feels entirely yours.

Conversation
We listen first: your story, your guests, the venue you have or still need, and how you want the day to feel. Then we tell you plainly what we can take care of — planning, coordination, décor, or all of it.

Concept
One considered proposal: the plan for the event, the suppliers we recommend, and the design — palette, moodboards and styling — with clear prices, shaped entirely around you.

Planning & design
We source and book the suppliers, manage the schedule and every email, and design and produce each piece of décor. You choose what you want; we take care of the rest.

The day
We run the timeline, set the scene, look after the suppliers and step quietly aside so you can be fully present — then pack everything down after the last candle.
