The venue sets the tone for everything we design
After years of planning, styling and coordinating weddings in Lapland, we know that the venue decides more than any other choice: the light at the hour of your ceremony, the distance from the aisle to the dinner table, how flowers and candlelight read against snow, pine or glass. We help you choose it with all of that in mind — and then design, organise and coordinate the whole day around it.
The venues below are the ones we return to most, but they are only part of the picture. We work with many more hotels, resorts, cabins, chapels and private places across Lapland, Finland and the Nordics that are not listed here, and we are glad to find and visit a new one with you. Private lakeside villas, hilltop hotels, glass igloos, log halls, reindeer farms and wilderness cabins — many of the places we work in are not on this website, and some of our favourite days have happened in venues we visited for the first time with the couple. Whatever you have in mind, from a ceremony for two to a weekend for eighty guests, we can find the venue, negotiate the details and make it work.

Site visits
Before we design, we walk the venue with you, or for you, and photograph the light at the hour of your ceremony.

One point of contact
We coordinate set-up, timing, suppliers and access directly with the venue team, so you speak to one person about the whole day: us.
03
Timing & logistics
We agree the schedule, access and set-up times with the venue, know which supplier needs which door and when, and plan the turn from ceremony to dinner — so the day runs on time without you ever noticing the work behind it.
