Every option on this page can be arranged anywhere in Finland, Sweden and Norway. We are based in Rovaniemi, so most proposals happen close to the city, but we travel wherever your story takes you — from Levi, Ylläs and Saariselkä to Helsinki, and from Kiruna and Abisko to Tromsø and the Lofoten islands.

Proposals on activities
Ask in the middle of a private husky safari, on a snowmobile tour, at a reindeer farm, or during any other activity you have dreamed of. We coordinate it with the operator so the moment is ready when you arrive.

Across the border
Kiruna, Abisko, Tromsø or the Lofoten islands: we bring the same team, the same flowers and the same quiet care over the border into Sweden and Norway, and handle the logistics with the venue or operator on site.

Will they find out?
Not from us. We communicate only with you, on the channel you choose, and we never contact your partner, your friends or the venue unless you ask us to. On the day, everything is prepared before you arrive and packed down after you leave.
What if the weather turns?
In winter there is no rain in Lapland — and when it snows, the falling snowflakes make the moment even more romantic. We can also bring clear umbrellas, which look beautiful in the photographs, and if needed we agree a sheltered alternative in advance. The weather never stands in the way of a beautiful proposal and a special moment.
Which options work in summer?
Most of them. Our private land, the surprise walk, the proposal photoshoot, décor at your resort, the room surprise, the dome dinner and the grand design all work year-round, and the midnight sun gives soft light until well past midnight. The frozen lake and the Ice Chapel are winter-only, from December to the end of March, and the northern lights are possible from late August to April.
What is included in the price?
Each option lists exactly what is included and what can be added. Nearly every proposal includes a professional photographer, and one can be added to any other. All prices include the planning, coordination, setup and removal by our team. Transport is included where the option says so, and otherwise priced separately depending on the distance from Rovaniemi.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
The earlier the better: getting in touch early makes it easier to book everything for your day, and it is much more likely that the date you have in mind is still free. That said, we happily take last-minute proposals too — especially if the date is still available — so just write to us.
Do you work outside Rovaniemi?
We do. We are based in Rovaniemi, but every option can be arranged anywhere in Lapland, including the venues we know best — and across Finland, Sweden and Norway.
